About this Course:
DISC is a very simple yet powerful four-quadrant framework used to understand the common ways that all human beings tend to behave and communicate. The four core behaviours that make up DISC are Dominance, Influence, Steadiness and Compliance.
In this course participants will get a better understanding of their DISC profile as well as an in-depth understanding of the different personality / behavioural styles in DISC. They will develop a self-awareness of their natural style, preferred working habits, behaviours and reactions/responses. Participants will understand the working habits and behaviours of others and learn how to work/communicate with those that are different to themselves. We will also assess how their behaviours impact their team and explore how better results can be obtained.
