About this Course:

In the hospitality industry change is inevitable and sometimes unexpected. Managing and Influencing Change will equip participants with the knowledge, skills, and strategies to navigate and lead their teams through change. They will gain the tools and techniques needed to effectively manage change initiatives and influence others to embrace and adapt to change.

Participants will be guided through the process of understanding the psychology of change. They will identify the different stages of the change process, and develop a change management plan that addresses the needs and concerns of their team. They will learn how to communicate the rationale for change and build a sense of urgency. They will be able to create a supportive environment that fosters collaboration and innovation.

They will explore various change management models and frameworks to develop a holistic approach to managing and influencing change, as well as strategies to overcome resistance to change, engage stakeholders, and sustain change efforts over the long term.
